You may be right, but if you are, it should be big news on the internet, but I can't find any mention of it it.
You know, I am thinking it would be nice if archive.ph had a list of all the sites that block it.
Recently I have been getting an NGinx default installation page for archive.is pages so it could be they are re-installing things no idea why. Their admin is on HN so maybe they will take a look or may already be looking.
