Microsoft Is Retiring Project Online in 2026

Microsoft announced that Project Online will reach end-of-life on September 30, 2026. It’s being retired due to its legacy architecture and replaced by newer tools like Microsoft Planner, Project for the Web, and Power Platform. For organizations that rely on Project Online, this means a full migration and possibly rebuilding workflows and reports from scratch. Curious how teams are approaching this — anyone already testing Power Platform for project management?
