Nintendo Lawsuit Demands $4.5M from Reddit Mod for Selling Switch ROMs

Most lawsuits can be prevented by just listening to the cease-and-desist. This mod obviously ignored it and will now need to pay the price.

Just looking at what they've been doing and Nintendo's history in court, the mod will lose and owe money for a long time.
