ResumeCraft: A Free AI Tool
We launched our AI resume builder on iOS & Android less than a month ago. No ads. No influencers. Just organic traction.
Here’s what the data reveals:
Google Play → 44 device acquisitions → 0% change = stable organic growth Strong early signal: users are finding us without paid spend → product-market fit brewing
Apple App Store → 236 downloads → 28.7% conversion rate (vs. 15–20% industry avg) → But only 12% CTR from 1.46K impressions
The takeaway? Our listing converts like crazy — but we’re not getting enough eyes. Our icon/title aren’t stopping the scroll.
What we’re doing now: → A/B testing new screenshots + video previews → Optimizing ASO keywords for iOS search → Building referral loops to turn users into advocates
Key lessons for founders: 1⃣ Early traction ≠ big numbers. It’s about quality signals. 2⃣ High conversion > high impressions. Optimize your page first. 3⃣ Stability = strength. Zero % change? You’ve found your rhythm. 4⃣ iOS users convert better — but you have to earn their attention.
Thank you to our early adopters — your clicks, downloads, and feedback are shaping ResumeCraft’s future.
Try it today. Tell us what to build next.
