Seems really wacky that dude got blocked. That’s pretty extreme.
Blocking someone for being annoying? Sure, whatever.

Github needs moderation, just like anything else with user-created content.
I am not in the tiniest bit surprised that sometimes moderation makes a mistake, whether human error or automated error.
