Honestly it sounds like more work than the oven method? Filling a Pyrex container with salt water is more work than “put fish on pan.”
My thoughts exactly. Cooking fish is already about as quick and easy as it gets.
I agree. We bought a Samsung microwave with "hot blast" and "gril". You put the fish on a pan inside the device, 200°C, 15 min and go to watch tv or something.
