This isn't really a great parallel - Trump feels he himself was slighted, Obama chose not to go after the crimes of his predecessors' officers. A better parallel to what you posted is ICE relocating "illegal immigrants" (some of which are, some of which got denaturalized, some of which were just in the wrong place at the wrong time) into countries they've never been to and imprisoning them and torturing them. I'm not sure how this parallels what is clearly Trump going after his sworn enemies, as he has said he would do time and time again.
