Several years ago the question was batted around, where have all the serial killers gone. Some of these included intricate theories, including many advances in forensic pathology.

No one thought to include the Internet.

I appreciate it. The Atlantic is one of the sites that throw 403 at me, due to canvas blocking and other extensions I run.
