Draft Bill Would Authorize Trump to Kill People He Deems Narco-Terrorists

If the internet, and thus, the "addiction" that is claimed by other people to be oppressing the masses is simply labeled a "narcotic" type influence upon a person's wellbeing then, they would then consider it for such offensive action?
