I hope Linus is aware that guitar pedals are gateway electronics, and that he is at risk of bieng swallowed whole building analog synthesisers.
It is a strange phenominon that appears to operate outside of most other real world activities and considerations, leaving it's main contributors changed into creatures somehow seperate , detached, and impossibly cool to all of
the common human mental states, there synths standing as objects of fierce scruteny, the focus of intense debates centered on truely arcane details of theory, construction, and operation.
> there is very little point to any of this to anybody else. Don't expect some great useful guitar pedal experience.
Yeah... He said similar things about Linux.
This might be said in jest. But does everything have to be for world domination? Is the guy not allowed to have actual hobby projects? That go just where he fancies, including potentially nowhere at all really...
