Show HN: I built this to collect feedback from my website visitors

Hey Hacker News,

I built this little tool for my own personal projects to collect feedback from my users as they visit my site. So far I've found it pretty useful for collecting feedback and prioritizing my roadmap as I know what my users are complaining about this most.

Please try it out and tell me what you think and give me some feedback, even if you hate it.
