You would need a system to organize each picture with the specific item being seen, a fast way to mark them as "invalid", and a way to know if all items are being checked, which is what I assume this app would do for you. As well as keeping it separate from your actual photo library.
don't see the issue here, just take the photo, go away, and if you get OCD-ish then take a look at the photo and the timestamp, and delete it after the toast is ready.
