Big clouds scramble as EU Data Act brings new data transfer rules

To counterbalance the whole "EU bad" doing only bad things (like Chat Control) -- it sometimes comes up with good ideas as well :)

Nice to see Google pushing zero-cost transfers, hope others will follow.
