Microsoft sets new RTO policy, requiring employees in the office 3 days per week

It starts at 3, apparently the AI org is already back to 4

Great news for Microsoft engineers in the US. They should be cheering for return to office because that lowers the chance of getting replaced by someone in another country willing to work harder for a much lower amount.
