Waze for Parking

Help me with this idea.

Waze and Google both let you mark where a speed trap is, so you when slow it down while driving.

I’m working on an app that lets people mark where the meter made is to help people avoid tickets.

If you knew where the meter made was, would change the way that you pay for parking?
