Noem Fires FEMA Staff for Viewing Racially Charged Porn on Government Devices

It's remarkable that Noem can make even a reasonable, justified action seem delusional.

This press release is chock full of bold, italic, and bold-italic text; it reads like a social media rant. It opens with the word "disgusting" -- rather than just fire people, she wants to put her opinion of it right up front.

Rather than just citing the employees, it denigrates the entire department.

It even reads like it's reaching for excuses. "one employee typed explicit and sexually charged phrases into a chatbot website from his government devices for the purpose of having the comments read back to him in an accent." Heavens to Betsy! Yeah, fire the guy, but if this is the worst abuse you're finding, then your shock seems unjustified.
