I built BAGen, a completely free tool for creating before-after photo comparisons.
The idea came from my own need to create these comparisons regularly and wanting something simple and straightforward.
BAGen keeps it simple: upload two photos, get a clean comparison in seconds. The slider feature lets you smoothly transition between before and after shots. You can export as images, GIFs, or videos. No sign-up, no watermarks, no hidden fees.
Would love your feedback! What would you use this for? Any features you think are missing?
Try it out and let me know what you think!
