I got tired of juggling time tracking, reports, and invoices – so I built this

I’ve been freelancing for a while, and one of the biggest pains was the admin side of the work.

For every client I had to track time in one app, make reports in another, then create invoices somewhere else. It felt like I was spending more time jumping between tools than actually working.

That’s why I built Tracksy as a side project. It lets me track sessions per client/project and then export a clean PDF report with an invoice included — all in one place.

I just put together a quick demo video (see above). Right now I’m looking for 3–5 freelancers who would use this seriously and share feedback. I’ll give them lifetime free access.

Curious what you think: does this solve a real problem you’ve faced? Or is there something you’d expect to see that’s missing?
