Does Weed Make You Sleepy or Keep You Awake? The Truth About Cannabis and Sleep

What a bizarre (obviously AI) hero image. You have someone sleeping in a “L” shape, with their pillow and head resting outside the bed on the nightstand, while a lamp shines an impossible light on their face. Even someone high could see the image is strange.

Why make readers waste data and scroll down several screen fulls to go past an absurd image which adds nothing to the text? On the contrary, it detracts from it, as now I’m wondering how much of it was written with AI and makes me less willing to begin reading.

Furthermore, why would I bring outside shoes into my sleeping den, right next to my nose?

So, does weed decrease your sleep quality or improve it? The truth is, it can do both. Cannabis affects everyone’s sleep a little differently. For some people, a puff before bed is a lifesaver that eases a restless mind and relaxes the body into a peaceful slumber. For others, especially with certain strains or heavy long-term use, it might actually disturb sleep.

Depends on your metabolism, and the sort of weed, or rather the ratios of THC, CBD, and other compounds it contains, or none of some.
