Show HN: AI Roaster - A feed style app for roasting the AI hype
airoaster.app
We need a place for having an honest discussion about AI - free from the excessive hype. We will roast the hype, and also learn about AI products in the process.
Why I made this: I believe AI is a transformative technology and is here to stay. But I am also tired of the excessive hype around it. So I made a platform for roasting the hype.
Why not use existing platform like LinkedIn: because LinkedIn is becoming cringe with adverts, self-promotion, and well, if you comment “TELL” below, I will tell you more ;-)
Why not a sub-reddit: there are likely several sub-reddits on AI, but reddit is not for everyone. Plus you may quickly wander in to other areas.
Why not other hundreds of directory style apps which provide AI app discovery: because they are directory style listings, and not designed for fun or roasting.
Looking forward to the HN community's feedback and comments.
