Human Tech Recruiter for Early-Stage Startups

My name is Paul Masek (https://www.linkedin.com/in/paul-masek/) and I personally worked in hands-on tech roles for 15 years. I've pivoted to tech recruiting as I really enjoy the people side of tech and was ready for the next thing in my career. I'm actively recruiting for a Founding Engineer right now, but I also have access to hundreds of other similar roles (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, AI/ML, etc) with mostly early-stage, high-impact, and fast-moving startups.

Please send me a connection request on LinkedIn (I can only personally send out so many a week before I get rate limited) if you have any interest in working with me, a human, to find an exciting role for you.

https://tally.so/r/w84b0r is my intake form if you want to get me quickly up to speed on some of my upfront questions and share your resume as well. It's just here if you want to use it.
