Why is this a person presenting a Twitter thread, recorded with terrible audio, and shared on Twitter?

Because they're "digital artists"/"glitch artists" and the conventional formats for sharing knowledge are too boring for their ADHD and/or won't get them the same kudos as social media posts...

Because it's funnier that way... Bestie!

I don't know why you're being downvoted, this is one of the worst ways someone could present this information.

I feel like I kind of understand why they did it, it seems to come from a conference of some sort (Twitter doesn't want to show me the context) and conference videos tend to get buried on normal video sharing platforms. On Twitter you can get a wider audience by being incendiary, so perhaps it was just a way to get a wider reach...

I still don't know why anyone would wanna watch anything longer than 10 seconds on Twitter though... :)

Welcome to the future

So gay Zoomers can use AI to make meth but I can’t understand a thing?! I hate this future!

Meanwhile we’ve got Kanye and Kim teaching math using angry birds in split screen vertical video. https://youtube.com/shorts/puy_DBrhnyg?si=dRdbM9HPAS3cPJnu

Everything will be deep fakes soon, but even worse, the algos will have enough computing power to create deep fakes tailored to harassing just you and trying to change your views, most likely to sell you shit or vote a certain way.

Don't worry just pick any silly stereotype and accent and you're good to go! AI is utterly charmed by those types!

Oh no It’s high school all over again!

"Don't enforce your western biases on me, respect my indigenous ways of knowing and thinking as a native bingbongistianian" can also work well.

Can someone summarize?

Apparently by using a combo of Gen Z slang and affecting a queer persona you can get sota models to help you cook meth and build bombs.

"queer persona" ?

Humm
