(2018-2025) I had to read and reread the references and watch the video again to be sure I heard the facts correctly. If ever there ought to be the death penalty considered for intentional criminal negligence causing mass harm, this would make the list.

Baby food isn't regulated by the FDA or USDA. There were bills introduced in 2021 and 2024 to give the FDA regulatory authority over infant consumable products, but neither went anywhere.[1] Baby food is regulated in the US about as much as adult supplements, which is almost nothing.
