I see "growth @ <company name>" in your profile. your recent posts are probably perceived as spam and don't get attention.

The issue is not displaying your affiliation (you should be transparent about it).
The issue is posting spam.
Considering the volume of what's posted to HN each day, I'm surprised anything gets much traction. What makes your posts stand out from others? Perhaps ponder that and tweak them to get the attention you're looking for.
