Am lansat o platformă unde poțI scrie întrebări medicilor sau avocaților
helvia.ro
helvia.ro
"Hello! My team and I are building a platform where people can send written questions to verified doctors or lawyers and receive answers online. No appointments, no calls.
The platform is already live and we've had hundreds of users so far. But we're noticing a pattern that's making us think: people visit the experts' profiles (they look, they read)... and then leave without sending anything.
There are no errors, no bugs. Just hesitation. We're wondering: is it a lack of trust? They don't know what to ask? Uncertainty about the price? Something else?
If you've experienced this kind of behavior on B2C platforms or marketplaces, I'd really love to hear your thoughts. What helps, in your experience, to build trust and encourage action?"
My take overall is that it's normal for the fraction of people who really engage which something as opposed to just taking a look to be small, maybe a few percent -- the counter would be when you are getting highly motivated visitors.
