Thanks. Law is confusing. My “source” was simply the near top of the PDF by OP:

“ERICA FRASCO, et al., individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, Plaintiffs, v. FLO HEALTH, INC., et al., Defendants.”

"The settlement doesn't include Flo Health Inc., which operates the app, and Meta Platforms Inc., which faces similar privacy claims."

The wiretapping claims (cf. privacy claims) against the other defendants, Flo and Meta, have been dismissed.
