I hear the young people are also experimenting with "micro-slavery", where you let a stranger observe your every move and order you around for 8 hours a day in exchange for as little currency as possible.

Uh, unpaid vacation is still vacation. And quitting your job is still being unemployed.

I appreciate the English language and vernacular "advancing", but the concept is clearly a pre-existing one.
