Show HN: ELO leaderboard for applicants – AI ranks CVs and does phone screens

Hi HN,

I’m a solo founder building vkncy.com – an AI-powered ATS that does resume screening and phone interviews, and ranks candidates on an ELO-style leaderboard.

I’m looking for 2–3 early users (startup founders or hiring managers) to go through the full flow with me. I’ll personally onboard you and set everything up.

What makes it different: - Resume Screening AI: Instead of basic keyword matching, vkncy compares every new applicant to previous ones using an ELO-style ranking system. In result it gives you a live leaderboard of top candidates, constantly evolving. - Phone Interviews: The AI calls applicants with your custom questions, records & transcribes answers.

What’s the deal? - 1 job post - Unlimited resume screening - 1 free AI phone screen

If you're hiring or curious about AI for recruitment, I’d love to get your feedback.
