Show HN: Taurin. Local-First Email Client with Personal AI Agent
taurin.io
We’re building a Personal Agent that learns and adapts to your workflow and integrating it deeply into the email experience so you can reach your maximum productivity.
What we currently support • Automatically determine the importance and reply-needs for each email and provide a dedicated view • Organize all conversations and files exchanged with a specific contact in a sidebar • Track when emails sent via Taurin are opened • Summarize and auto-label emails with customizable options • Lightning-fast thanks to local-first software architecture
What’s coming in Q3 • Turn emails into todos and sync them to your calendar with due dates • Connect multiple domains including Outlook • Support a mobile app with custom notifications • Save frequently used phrases as snippets • A dedicated Home to help you achieve Inbox Zero more easily • More powerful AI Agent features
Since Taurin is still early and not yet the product we fully envision, we’re offering a permanent discount for users who join now.
Taurin has been in active development for about three months, with most of our time spent building the local-first infrastructure.
Given that it’s an email app, we know security is a big concern. We take it seriously and have passed Google’s strict CASA Tier 2 security requirements. All data is encrypted at rest in our database.
You can try Taurin free for seven days with just a Gmail account no credit card required. Give it a spin and tell us what you think!
