During enlightment humanity separated the church from the state. I guess we need a second enlightment to separate business/economy from the state, too. Why is this not illegal, yet?

Banning insider trading for politicians sounds like a good first step.

"When the President does it, that means that it's not illegal." -- Richard Nixon, US Supreme Court.

Phone warranty is provided by a company that was sued for telemarketing abuse. Also could be related to the "car warranty" scam calls. Registered in Florida, of course.

Who was in charge of listing the specs for this phone? https://trumpmobile.com/t1-phone says the phone has, among other things:

- 5000mAh long life camera - 12GB RAM of storage - 256 GB of internal storage for "memory"

Weird spec descriptions aside, this phone looks entirely reasonable spec-wise for a $500 Android.

Its like the Wall Phone, Mexico was going to pay for it? Promise one thing and never deliver. This is to be made in China? I suspect that it is never made in the USA.

How much time and attention has Trump devoted to this rather than doing his actual job?

His "actual job" is grifting and extracting as much from his supporters as possible.

"Trump threatens tariffs on Apple iPhones" (23. May)

Makes sense now why iPhones were specifically targeted.

> A website that went live after the announcement included details of the new Trump-branded smartphone that will be available from September,

here would be a great place to include a link to that site

I assume https://trumpmobile.com/ is that website.

It looks like the woman in the third photo is wearing AirPods and holding an iPhone

>Our MADE IN THE USA “T1SM Phone” is available for pre-order now.

I wonder in what way it's made in the USA.
