It’s probably just a coincidence, but there seem to have been significantly more aviation incidents in the past two years than in the previous 40 years of my lifetime.

No one can be bothered to do their jobs properly anymore. Everyone is lazy and wants to do the bare minimum.

Which should make it clear there have been significantly less incidents over the past two years than in the 38 years preceeding.
