Can you help us test our new website? Pleeeeease

Hello,

Together with a couple of friends we spent the last few weeks developing a new concept of social network/blogging platform and we are very excited about it.

We are looking for someone to test our website and help us understand if the idea makes sense.

Would you be so kind to create a free account (using the BETAFRIENDS code) and tell us what you think?

The URL is http://www.everythinker.com

The idea is to give points to users anytime they read some other users' messages and then use the points to post your own messages. Think about it as a mix between chatroulette.com/omegle.com and twitter.com.

Thanks in advance!

I gave this a brief shot - an explanation of benefits, and use, like the short one above, is very much needed on the homepage. In addition a walk-through / example would be very helpful upon login.

The welcome email, is quite helpful here - but having it In-site would be much better.

I think this is okay, but I really hate the current landing page. It would be nice to have a description of the service instead of a message warning you that you are not logged in. Seeing that message I almost went to do something else because it seemed so off-putting. The service itself is oddly addictive however, so long as you remember that your product is entirely driven by your community (which you are probably well aware of). Other than that, I think I could see myself flipping through random status updates on occasion.

Don't give us password minimums or maximums. Just let me pick my password in peace. Unless you're a bank, I don't want to invent a new password just for you.

Also, if you're going to ask for a password then ask for confirmation of that password just to be sure.

On boarding process is a little long as well---why do I need to upload an avatar before I even have an account?

Also, I'd like to have a description of the service right on the page.

* 1. indicate somewhere on the top/menu if you've read enough to start publishing

* 2. I like the header (very clean)

* 3. save button should publish and then show the post you created rather than a message

* 4. walkthru would be nice

Errors on the login form cause the data in the form to be erased. That's annoying if it's a one character error. Ccc

I'll check more tomorrow. Tonight tested with iPad. Tomorrow Osx

Topics of interest are not interesting to me...

What is the purpose of login name and nickname?
