I’ve been digging into the history of football (soccer) and what led people to start clubs that are now massive institutions. From Sporting CP to Real Madrid. As a supporter myself, I wanted to understand the human side of these origin stories: the ambition, identity, and community behind the founding moments.
So I built a newsletter and a podcast where I collect and write about inspiring stories from football history. It’s not about match results or modern tactics, but more about the why behind clubs' creation and how football shaped local and national culture.
If you’re into the intersection of sport, history, and community, this might be something you’d enjoy. Feedback is welcome.
