Show HN: I built a fun way to learn why startups succeed/fail 1 guess at a time

I’ve been studying real-world SaaS ideas some that worked, some that didn’t. To make the learning more fun (and a bit addictive), I turned it into a side project: Startup or Flop.

Each round gives you two real startup ideas. One worked, the other didn’t. Your job is to guess which is which. After each guess, you get the actual outcome and a short explanation of why it worked or didn’t.

It’s a quick, easy way to:

Hone your product sense

See patterns in startup success and failure

Challenge your own assumptions and biases
