Got rejected from YC a few times, so I built a site to collect lessons, reflections, and what people would do differently next time. Thought it could be helpful since most founders apply more than once anyway :)

Hope it's helpful: https://ycrejection.com/

The website looks like it was built by AI. How long did it take you to build this?

Inspecting the source confirms your suspicions. My guess is 15 minutes.

why is it bad if he/she uesed AI to built it, its actually interesting to see those stories gathered up

feel free to post your story :)

ofc I built it with AI. Care more about the learnings vs spending time creating a website

Great mindset, I understand the rejection!

Yeah. I'm interested in building a website with AI. I'm actually looking to build one e.g. a curated list of Xs. Still deciding what X should be e.g. free cool rooftop places in SF for example.

That's why I asked how long it took to build one.

You are easily getting defensive about it.

Nice! There are a variety of tools to use just depends on how you prompt it. Go with bolt or lovable. Both great tools!

I’m surprised that there isn’t a part of bookface where repeat YC fundees can discuss failures.

Or is the focus on sharing these stories with those who have never received funding in previous batches?

tbh i just think it's great to just share the stories. Would you mind posting yours :)

For some reason it shows a blank page on older browsers. iOS 13.6.

that's odd can you try again

Same, blank white page
