Show HN: Replyhub finds your customers on Reddit and X

Hey everyone, I built Replyhub because I was frustrated spending hours scrolling through Reddit and X trying to find potential leads for my SaaS. This tool monitors conversations in real time and helps surface posts where people are already asking for recommendations or solutions.

I’d really appreciate any feedback, especially on what feels useful, what’s missing, or if there are better ways this could work for you.

Happy to answer questions!
