Ask HN: Records of news shows closed captions

Does anyone know of a way to get full records of news shows (NBC/FOX?etc) closed caption data? I was working on some fact checking stuff in my free time and was thinking how awesome it would be if I had access to those records to search through.

Thanks for any help!
