Ask HN: What's your favorite architect/editor pair with Aider?

I'm currently using Gemini 2.5 Pro as the architect with Devstral Small (free version via OpenRouter) as the editor. I've only spent a few hours with it so far, but have been impressed with the quality of results and reduction of cost.

What pairs have you tried? Do you have any that you've been really impressed with?
