CDC can no longer help prevent lead poisoning in children, state officials say

We, as a society, are reducing regulation. That will almost certainly lead to some harms - children full of lead with reduced mental capacity, etc etc.

Can victims now sue? Some method of redress has to exist, to balance the power of large corporations to purchase governments and delete regulation.

What’s the steelman for this, MAGA voters? Anyone?
