Congrats! What made you choose Delaware vs the state you live in? (assuming you don't live in Delaware)

A Delaware corp will give you the least amount of headaches when looking to raise funds in the future and generally for other legal issues also

Congratulations and all the best!

Why not a state with 0% income tax?

Good luck. Try making all your money while living in CA, with a business registered in Nevada.

Is it illegal?

Not illegal, but you will get taxed by CA. You can’t just register a business outside of CA, make a bunch of money here, and expect to get zero tax.

Congrats and good luck!
