Can anyone answer my question will the C5-WROOM be a pin for pin dropin replacement for a C6?

Espressif won't sell you 3000 of these even if you ask - regardless of who you are.

Contact them directly and you might get 10 at this point.

Thanks for the link, but yeah as the other poster mentioned, this is for a dev board. I'd be interested in buying the module (which is somewhere between the bare IC and the dev board). The only listing they currently have is for the dev board, and it's not stocked yet.
