I would much prefer if instead these people would be actually trained well. And if needed compensated as well. The people is not that big cost for nuclear. So it should be entirely possible. Or have people really gotten so much worse that you cannot find good workers anymore?

I kinda think they believe AI can learn much faster and on par with humans in quality. Hope that doesn't happen until I retire...
