iMemories TOS: We're free to use your videos, photos, etc., that we process

1. iMemories is a service that will digitize your old videotapes, photos, etc., and will keep them online as long as you're a subscriber. I used them some years ago and have kept the subscription active for convenient on-line access.

2. In updating my credit-card information, I noticed a reference to updated terms of service ("TOS"). This includes the following text:

"By providing Your Content to the Services, you grant to iMemories and its third party service providers and designated agents and subcontractors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use Your Content (including to reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and perform it) in connection with the Services and iMemories' business, including for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services. ..."

(There are no section numbers; the heading is "Your Content.")

3. I haven't taken the time to check whether the above is new, or whether it's something that's been there all along.
