Ask HN: AI changed coding–what's the real‑world equivalent for sales/marketing?

Solo dev here—Copilot/GPT already writes half my code, but when it’s time to hustle users I’m still juggling spreadsheets and cold‑email templates. Anyone hacked together an AI setup that actually handles indie‑scale marketing stuff—finding leads, drafting launch copy, tweaking pricing pages — and can share what moved the needle (opens, sign‑ups, $$ saved, whatever)? Real stacks, real numbers, war stories welcome.
