We Need More Disagreements at Work

We need more healthy disagreements in general. Otherwise people have skewed worldviews and resentment, because people's beliefs don't disappear when they're not spoken (and challenged, and tested), they get stronger.

I'm well aware I contribute to this problem: I try not to cause conflict, especially today. But at least I respect and tolerate others even when I strongly disagree with them. And I do push back, but try to do so diplomatically.
