Yes, radiators for one, this insistence of evaporating water in dry areas = a fools game. Sure it costs more and needs sanitation/treatment of the trapped water but it is done in many places. Bad water management in evaporative towers has killed many, legionnaires disease, amoeba, flies/frogs/etc as well as the need for more and more water that needs replacement/ion exchange. Often the cheapest answer is not the best.
