Show HN: US Home sale trends by zipcode

We built Pillr to help homebuyers make data-driven decisions through interactive visualisations of recent sales trends organised by zipcode. After launching our paid tier in February, we've attracted our first subscribers, validating our core offering. Now we're looking to improve our conversions and we’d love to connect with someone who can guide us on the necessary tweaks. We'd appreciate HN's feedback on our product, UI/UX, and monetisation strategy.
