I'm particularly interested in how NIH's policy differed from HHS's Scientific Integrity Policy (https://www.hhs.gov/programs/research/scientificintegrity/in...).

I also note that revision to HHS's document have been made as recently as March 21, 2025. I'm curious as to what changed versus the Sept 2024 issue date. If anyone has access to the PDF version of the policy as originally issued, I'd like to understand if there have been substantive changes.

I'm not sure how it differs from HHS, but I'd be very interest to see if anybody does. I've thrown it through an LLM for summarization, but that's not reliable enough to be a comment on HN.
