I'm super excited to finally launch Giulia! For the past few weeks, I've been heads down building an assistant that can help people make the perfect CV for specific job applications, tailored for the requirements and that can highlight the right experience - no more generic or standard CVs!
The Problem
Applying for Jobs is stressful. Competition is tougher day after day and recruiters receive tons of random applications for each Job Posting they are pushing out. ATS systems screen automatically CV, and 82% of them are not optimized for it. In addition to this, we job applicant tailor their CV for each specific Job posting they are applying for.
I worked really closely with Talent Acquisition managers and Career Coaches experts, and this is one of the 3 main points they suggest to candidates: - "Read the JD before applying" - " Highlight concrete facts" - "Tailor your CV for each JD".
What is Giulia
Giulia is a personal AI assistant that helps Candidates craft the perfect CV for each JD they are applying for.
- Current CV, Job Post Analysis and Job Matching Giulia analyze your current experience and the Job Posting you are applying for and show if there's a match. She highlights your strengths, weaknesses, and how well you match the positon, suggesting areas of improvement for the specific role.
- Clarity Improvements and Experience Enhancements. Instead of a standardized CV, Giulia asks you questions to show recruiters how your experience aligns with their needs, deep-diving into all the relevant experience and projects that can help you to stand up among other candidates.
- Tailored "About Me" Section. Giulia will write for you a tailored About Me that you can then use as CV introduction or on specific questions that the recruiter could ask. A perfect 150 word resumé that shows how well you are suited for the position, without sounding salesy.
- Your final Enhanced CV Giulia will pack together all the information recovered during the process and will write for you the perfect CV for the specific position you are applying for - in a .txt format easily editable and that you can use quickly in your favorite visual editor.
