Tracking the Economic Impact of the Trade War

I've been pushing my clients to buy IT gear sooner than later. I'm seeing more price hikes and outages on new kit and the rate of those is increasing.

I'm not seeing an impact on the used hardware market from US sources - or at least not yet. UK sources got hit with steep shipping costs a month ago. I'm not sure about Canada.

Wiki on the org behind the article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tax_Foundation

Hmmm... I can't open the link because it seems that taxfoundation.org is blocked by at least three pi-hole-style filter lists.

Dang. Here. https://archive.is/maOcO

Which lists? I'm curious to see what's up about that.

> taxfoundation.org

I see that it doesn't seem to be blocked at large:

https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://taxfoundation.org

so I've found the entry in an old local filter seed file made up of previously downloaded lists. That tells me it must have been blocked some time in the past, but it is not now so I've removed it locally.
